Mr. Treacy has lectured extensively in the area of public charities, and has published many articles in this area, including: “Cold Snap for Donor Advised Funds: The New DAF Rules,” Trusts & Estates (October 2006) and “Becoming SO-Friendly: The Advantages of Courting Supporting Organization Relationships,” Planned Giving Today (December 1997). Mr. Treacy has been rated “AV-Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
